International Shipping Policy
Frontacgear.net ships worldwide via reliable standard express delivery with tracking, ensuring the best balance between cost and speed. If you indicate FedEx, UPS, or DHL service, please contact us for further assistance.
Shipment processing time
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China directly, and processed within 5 business days (weekends are not business days).
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Each shipment will have a unique tracking number for tracking purposes.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
Damages/Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse Ferro Concepts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Frontac Gear does not cover these costs.
